BrilliantMind is a Mozambican collective of young academics passionate about technology, based in Magoanine C, Maputo, Mozambique. This policy describes how we handle the personal data we collect through the website brilliantmind.co.mz.
2. What data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone, company/organisation, message (only when you fill in the contact form).
- Technical data: device type, browser and operating system (we do not store tracking cookies).
3. How we use the data
We do not use your data for automated marketing, profiling or sharing with third parties.
- Reply to your quote request or question.
- Send an automatic confirmation reply (auto-reply).
- Keep a communication history for project follow-up.
4. Where it is stored
Form messages are delivered to our email info@brilliantmind.co.mz via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which acts as a sending intermediary. We do not store the data in an external database.
5. Your rights
Under Mozambique's Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:
- Request access to the data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
